  I frequent this Coney Island in particular because I know that i'm going to get the same service and food time and time again.
  
  Probably stop in at least every two weeks for chicken lemon rice soup and a baby greek salad.
  
  We always get a plate of cheese fries for the table, which to be honest could have more cheese on them?
  
  The staff is young and friendly, always stopping to top up your cup of joe. Decor needs a little help, perhaps a refresh? There's a fountain in the back not working which is confusing and I don't particularly love the non working pie case that sits also in the back.

  Can we get a health inspector in here? This place literally has flies flying everywhere. Got hung up on while placing order an order for 2 waffles with bacon bits( & Of course the guy had a different energy when he realized who was picking up the order. ) After picking up order me and my boyfriend opened our boxes to see a HARD non edible waffle. Boyfriend went in to get another one made. Same guy , remade the waffle while continuously looking up at my boyfriend who was watching him make his food. Finally got the food. My boyfriend tells the man to have a nice day and his response is "Not in this nasty ass weather"... EXCUSE ME SIR YOU ARE ON THE CLOCK! WATCH THE PROFANITY!
  Despite the disrespect we still tipped the man a buck even though he deserved nothing for his poor customer service. Maybe he was having a rough morning. Maybe we'll be back for something a little more basic...just hope that attitude is better :)

  This is an easy place to go to for dinner. Friendly staff, tons of options, and nice location. I come here every week, and it's always a great experience! :)

  Had lunch at the resturant on Carpenter Rd. I was served half cooked chicken on my kabob. Approached the manager,who offered the worst customer service I have ever had. Because I had cut up the meat and places it in the rice. He stated that the meal was half eaten. Which I had only taken 1 bite of the chicken.
  He offered to take 10% off the bill or give me 1 kabob when the meal came with 2 kabobs
  He refused to give me the ownera name and only gave me his first name Ali. I reiterate that he gave me the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received. Had never had a problem before at this location. My family eats regularly at the Leo's off Whitaker Rd. I will never eat at the location at 3644 Carpenter Rd again and encourage others not to as well.

  I probably spend 3-4 days a week at Leo's cause well I don't have a kitchen , I went there for breakfast a simple egg white thin , bacon , ham and bacon , it too 45 minutes to even accomplish making my egg white, he simply couldn't handle it , I waited for 45 mins for it to come out and it was wrong and I didn't eat it !!!!
  I got my bill and it was on there and the owner/cook said he couldn't take it off the bill. You lost a good customer and should be ashamed of yourselves !!!! Leo's is no more in my book , off to the bank to stop payment !!!
